Change your password

You can change your password for the Aiven Platform in your account information.

Two-factor authentication is disabled when you change your password. Enable it again to keep your account secure.

Change your password in your profile

1. Click User information > Authentication.
2. In the Aiven Password section, click Change password.
3. Enter your current and new passwords, and click Change password.

Reset your password

If you forgot your password and can't log in:

1. On the login page, enter your email address.
2. Click Log in.
3. Click Forgot password?.
4. Enter your email and click Reset your password.
